Materials Management Staff

The Materiels Management Department is responsible for control of ordering, receiving, and distributing supplies throughout the hospital. Purchases of supplies and equipment are made from existing contracts with an emphasis on standardization and contract commitment and compliance for all users.

The purchasing department is staffed Monday through Friday with two full-time employees (7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) You can contact the department at 270-487-9231, ext. 1198.
