The functions performed by the Compliance/Performance Improvement Officer are as follows:
Compliance Officer – Ethics Hotline Reporting, OIG Compliance, Chart audits, and other legal issues.
Risk Manager – The Joint Commision Survey Coordinator, Patient Complaints, and Incident Reporting.
Performance Improvement – Medical Staff Quality Assurance, Reports to Health and Safety and Quality Council Committees, chart reviews, Patient Satisfaction Surveys and Telehealth Site Coordinator.
