Diabetes Education and Support Group
The support group is designed to
educate and promote appropriate self
care. The free sessions are held by
professionals including nurses, a
certified diabetes educator, a
dietitian, a pharmacist, and a
physical therapist. The classes are
presented on the first Wednesday of
every month (except July and August)
from 4:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. in
the hospital conference room. For

Nutrition Counseling
Outpatient diet
education is available through
physician referral or at the
patient’s request. Please call
270-487-9231 ext. 1191 to schedule a
consultation. There is no fee for
this service. Education is available

Cancer Support Group
Cancer Survivors,
caregivers, or family members are
invited to attend these meetings.
Meetings are held the 1st and 3rd
Thursday of each month beginning at
5:00 PM and are held in the hospital
conference/education room.
