Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field required. CPA is beneficial.
  • 3- 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience with responsibility across the full scope of the finance function (e.g., accounting, finance, capital/operating budgets, financial planning & analysis, revenue cycle, financial management and reporting, investments, and cash management) in a healthcare organization preferred.
  • Experience with managed care contracting and supply chain management preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of health care industry trends, including state and federal regulations such as Medicare and Medicaid payment systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills are required.
